A quick look at my new Wusthof Classic 3.5 inch Paring knife. A pretty exceptional piece of cutlery! Song is called Having an Average Weekend by Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet.

Although it’s intended for vegetables, this knife is really at home for any kitchen task.
It holds a great edge and is well balanced, so it’s easy to control. Cuts meat with ease!
